The owners of this 1915 bungalow loved some of its charming details but were in need of a more functional kitchen with greater access to daylight and storage. This remodel updated the existing kitchen space, replacing a dividing wall with an open peninsula and creative storage opportunities, making the kitchen feel larger and more light-filled. Open shelving provides space to have beautiful dishware on display and easily accessible. Custom shelving in front of a new window provides additional storage for our plant-loving clients.

The existing primary bathroom benefitted by expanding the width, creating a dedicated space for the toilet with storage above. By expanding the footprint of the existing bathroom, we were able to generate more useable storage and bathroom space, culminating in a bright and cheerful cosmetic refresh.
