Fremont High-Performing Home

 Completed at Board & Vellum. This began as a second story addition for a post-war bungalow but transformed into a completely new look for this home. The owners moved to Seattle from California and wanted to bring with them the color and warmth so often featured in California homes. We featured this in the interior design and married it with crisp contemporary architecture and high performing features such as a super-insulated building envelope, sheep’s wool insulation, a solar array, and gray water cistern to create the home of their dreams.
